iGuard Protection

iGuard Protection uses an automated welfare checkcall system to ensure that your lone working staff are safe.

Once your staff are programmed into the system, they will need to book on duty and then make regular welfare phone calls at a frequency that you decide is appropriate for the given level of risk.

A quick phone call and the entry of 8 digits and you know that your staff are safe and well.

You can have total peace of mind that if a staff member doesn't 'check in' at the appropriate time, then a full manual escalation procecdure will be enacted by a controller.  This escalation can include emergency contact names and numbers who will need to be called in the event of a problem and if necessary, we can contact your chosen responder to attend and make sure your staff member is not injured.
