iGuard Support focuses on the workflow management system GuardTools, from Blue Mobile Systems. 

 

Having many years of experience in the first hand use of the system, we are now providing a full installation, training and support service to other users in the UK.

 

The system is primarily designed for use by Security Companies in the provision of security guarding, mobile patrol services and alarm response to help with work planning and data audit.

GuardTools is an innovative technology, used to support and enhance the services provided by frontline teams. This technology is used by security officers on sites; by patrol officers when patrolling sites; by alarm response teams to produce reports and even by admin office teams to audit daily operational tasks.

 

This is not like any normal proof of presence system. GuardTools allows users to plan and manage the workflow of their entire team, with the flexibility to be able to program a huge variety of different tasks and duties to be performed at a frequency that suits our clients' needs.
